Design and Construction Supervisor - Manages and coordinates the designers
and contractors on behalf of the Client.
Property Management Consultant - Will assist in evaluating operating
expenses, real estate taxes, and building mechanical systems.
Labor Demographics along with Site Analysis -local and state incentive
programs.
Logistics Analysis- inventory control, outsourcing alternatives and
personal property tax abatements.
Additional Services – To include a systematic plan through the
Request for Proposal process and selecting space planners/architects,
